And she describes a dented microphone! A microphone that had been sent to her via express courier but had taken forever to arrive! I pretty much died. My face burned so much!

This experience taught me a valuable lesson: It's far better to show your appreciation in a way that's meaningful and less of a logistical headache. Maybe next time I'll stick to sending a thoughtful card! Or maybe some flowers. You know, something classy!
