Path of Exile 2 Intro: Nostalgie pur!

Hey Exile-Kumpels! So, Path of Exile 2, right? I've been playing since, like, forever – or at least since before everyone was jumping on the bandwagon. And let me tell you, this intro… man, it hit me right in the feels. Total nostalgie overload!

My First PoE Experience (and epic fail!)

Remember my first character? A total noob build, a Lightning Arrow Ranger. I thought, "Arrows? Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!" Wrong. I got absolutely wrecked in the Cruel difficulty. I spent hours grinding, only to die repeatedly to those damn Vaal Oversoul things. Seriously, those things were my nemesis! I almost gave up. Almost.

But, I persevered. Why? Because the core gameplay loop – the loot, the build crafting, the feeling of progression – was just too good. That's what kept me hooked. And that's exactly what PoE 2's intro tapped into.

• Don't be afraid to respec: Seriously, respec points are your friend. Don't be stubborn if a build isn't working. Re-roll! You'll unlock more passive points later as you level.
• Join a community: PoE's community is huge and helpful. Don't hesitate to ask for advice. There are tons of amazing forums, discord channels, and streamers ready to help newbies. Plus, you can find useful build guides too.
• Manage your expectations: It’s a grind. Prepare for some frustrating deaths (believe me, I know from experience). But the rewards are worth it.
