Get different perspectives. You'll find that things aren't always as black and white as they initially seem. It's a messy, complicated world out there.

My journey into understanding Ireland's left has been humbling. It’s shown me the importance of continuous learning, open-mindedness, and appreciating the complexities of political movements. The fight for workers' rights in Ireland – and everywhere, really – is far from over. It requires constant vigilance, organization, and a willingness to learn from both successes and failures.
