Don't make the same mistake I almost did.

Smart Home Integration: A Mixed Bag

I also dabbled in their smart home offerings. I got some of their smart plugs and a smart thermostat. Setting them up wasn't difficult, but the app could be better. Sometimes it's a bit buggy. • Utilize their online support: While I still remember those agonizing hold times, their online support has improved. It's not perfect, but their website and app can often answer your questions quickly.
• Don't be afraid to call: If you're having trouble, don't hesitate to call their customer service. While not always perfect, it’s improved and it's way faster and easier than struggling with the issues alone.
• Compare prices: Telekom isn't the only game in town. Shop around and compare prices before committing to a contract.

My overall experience with Deutsche Telekom and their modern technology? It's been a rollercoaster of frustration and satisfaction. They’ve come a long way, but there's always room for improvement.
